Terms of Service — Viaclave

1. Service

Viaclave provides a programmatic payment rail for AI agents on Solana. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Custody & risk

Viaclave operates custodial Solana wallets on your behalf. Funds are held in server-managed keypairs encrypted at rest. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials (email, password, API keys) and recovery shares. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Network fees, slippage, and on-chain failures are inherent to blockchain transactions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal payments, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
Attempt to interfere with the service, abuse rate limits, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user.
Use the service to send unsolicited or fraudulent payments.

4. Fees

We may charge fees on certain transactions (e.g. external sends, swaps). Current fee schedule is on our pricing page. Fees may change with notice.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time after withdrawing all balances. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Viaclave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
